What is MyCoco?+

MyCoco brings together childcare search, occasional care and activities for Québec families. Explore publicly, then create a family space to save favourites and follow your requests.

What can I do for free?+

Explore childcare, compare criteria and estimate journeys without an account. Family registration, favourites and requests are free, with no credit card. Professionals can create a public profile and publish an opening for free.

Are caregivers verified and places guaranteed?+

An account’s email confirmation is not a professional background check. Profiles and availability are declared by providers. Check references, qualifications, insurance and final availability directly with the service before making arrangements.

Do journey estimates include rush-hour traffic?+

No. They are road-network estimates, without live traffic or historical traffic averages. If the service has not published a precise address, the estimate uses its approximate location. Allow for drop-off and parking time.

Where do I see replies and alerts?+

Your signed-in space shows requests, replies and notifications, refreshed every 12 seconds during your visit. Email alerts and mobile push notifications are separate future features.

What is coming next?+

Our roadmap includes parent invitations, day-to-day communication, absences, more local activity partners and a mobile app. These future features have no promised launch date.
